End User Licence Agreement

Cyberdyne Investments CC gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms, our Terms of Service and the App Store or Google Play usage rules.

• Sell, rent, lend, sublicense or transfer the app.
• Copy, change or reverse engineer the app.
• Remove our notices from the app.
• Use the app against the law.

The app shows your own numbers and the arithmetic on them. It does not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not recommend financial products.

• A free trial applies only if the App Store or Google Play shows one before you confirm the purchase.
• Prices shown in the app store apply, and may differ by country or region.
• Pro renews automatically every month or year until you cancel.
• Payment goes through your App Store or Google Play account when the trial ends and at each renewal.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play under their policies. We cannot refund store purchases ourselves.

The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and your rights. Your figures belong to you and we never sell them.

Cyberdyne Investments CC alone provides maintenance and support for the app: support@cyberdyne.com.na. Apple and Google have no duty to provide maintenance or support for it.

As far as the law allows, the app is provided as it is. If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies by law, you may tell Apple, and Apple may refund the price you paid for the app, if any. Apple has no other warranty duty for the app.

Cyberdyne Investments CC, not Apple or Google, is responsible for claims about the app, including product liability, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection and privacy claims, and claims that the app infringes someone else's intellectual property.

You confirm that you are not in a country under a United States, European Union or United Nations embargo, or one the United States has named as supporting terrorism, and that you are not on a government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

You must follow the terms of any third-party service you use with the app. Apple and Google, and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this licence and may enforce it against you once you accept it.

This licence ends if you break it. Then stop using the app and delete it. You can delete your account and data at any time (see data deletion).

This licence is governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia, and the courts of Namibia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
